I am currently a student at Massey University (NZ) working towards a Post Graduate of Education in e-Learning and a Post Graduate in Business and Managament – Information Systems. I have 15 years experience teaching Mathematics and Geography in Secondary Schools. I am keen to develop my speaking and presenting skills, both face-to-face and online, to better deliver concepts and ideas. I am excited about the ways that technology is advancing and changing the way that we live and learn. I believe that it is important to curate expertise and real application from the web and integrate this into learning design that is accessible and usable in a ‘classroom’, as well as, in a virtually mobile learning community. It this is done successfully then young people get entrapped in a web of learning that is interest driven.
